From the meeting
At the October 20, 2026 Finance & Legal Committee meeting, Kamlitz moved to direct the City Attorney to draft a Joint Powers Agreement between the City of Jamestown, Homer Township, Stutsman County, and Central Valley Health District. The agreement would address remediating issues on private properties outside city limits, and attorney fees would be split 50/50 between the City General Fund and Stutsman County. The motion carried unanimously.
The agreement was still in draft form.
