At the October 14, 2026 special meeting, the council reviewed a draft apartment project with TurnKey Construction and discussed the development agreement, TIF, abatements, and possible infrastructure costs. Jason Francis said the project would have roughly 34 units and still needed garage and parking adjustments, civil engineering, and a final agreement draft from his attorney. Council said Planning and Zoning would work out the agreement and return it to Council, with approval likely in mid to late November.
Francis projected final plat approval by about February 1, building permits and groundbreaking in March, and a fall opening.
