From the meeting
At the July 21, 2026 meeting, the board postponed voting on the Ricoh copier quote so it could receive more quotes. The purchase was not awarded yet, so the need remains open. A copier refresh is still live, and the next buying step is additional pricing and vendor comparison before a decision.
