From the meeting
At the August 6, 2026 meeting staff reported that the Boys and Girls Club of Mason Valley was seeking about $150,000 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for curb, gutter, and sidewalk work around a new Silver Springs clubhouse. GOED said the concept met an eligible activity and national objective, and staff planned to keep working the application through the eligibility deadline. The public signal is a grant-backed site improvement tied to a new clubhouse build.
