From the meeting
At the August 19, 2026 meeting, Kacey Miller was named interim APC president until the end of the September meeting, and the principal said two open seats on the APC would be advertised. Jessica Oleson also raised the idea of having Lisa Leeper help train the new principal so historical knowledge is retained. This is a leadership transition that may influence future buying and policy decisions.
The commercial signal is around onboarding and continuity support, not a specific contract.
