From the meeting
At the August 17, 2026 meeting, staff said the sale of the Brush Prairie Property produced net proceeds of over $1 million. Those proceeds were slated for a new capital project in the reserves fund for a new library in Clark County, which had been part of the levy lid lift promise. This is an open funding signal for future site, design, and delivery work, even though no vendor was selected yet.
