From the meeting
At the August 17, 2026 board meeting, Jon Gaskill said a building project is proceeding as planned and is one reason the library will be in binding review for FY'27. The minutes do not give a contractor or dollar amount, but they confirm a live capital project tied to bond issuance and county budget oversight. That makes the project relevant for construction, facilities, and project support vendors.
