From the meeting
At its September 8, 2026 meeting the council adopted the June 2026 Sewer System Management Plan by Resolution 26-058. Interim Public Works Director Mike Roberts and Public Works Superintendent Chris Morris presented, and West Yost representatives attended by Zoom. This is a compliance and operations update rather than a new procurement, but it confirms the city's sewer planning and management framework now in force.
The adopted plan can guide future sewer work, updates, and consulting needs.

Questions about this project
What is a pre-RFP?
A pre-RFP is an early indicator that a government agency is planning a purchase — a project discussed in a board meeting, a budget line item, a new hire, or a grant award — captured before a formal RFP or bid is published. Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
