From the meeting
At its September 30, 2026 financial report, SMCPS recorded a FY 2027 budget transfer for the purchase of Read Naturally at Evergreen Elementary School. The transfer moved $400 from materials of instruction to computer software on September 15, 2026, showing a specific literacy software buy had been identified. The signal matters because it names a school-level instructional tool and suggests existing buying activity around reading intervention software.
