At its September 28, 2026 meeting, the council received an update on the Emergency Watershed Program (EWP) project. The work at Latham Boulevard, Adonis Basin, Bloody Tanks Wash, and Smelter Canyon was underway, and Tiffany Construction said the 220-day contract period expires October 23. Town Manager Rivera has formally requested a 280-day extension, which would run the project to about June 16, 2027.
Wilson Company is also preparing design addenda and an operations and maintenance (O&M) manual, so follow-on support and closeout work remain in play.
