From the meeting
At its September 24, 2026 meeting, Vice President Osman and President Isingizwe said they met with Andrea Rooney, interim director for institutional equity and access and Title IX coordinator, about improving access to the Title IX office. They proposed an ad hoc committee to connect students with Title IX resources and make them easier to find. The structure was still being built and was expected back to the Senate next week or the week after.
This is an open planning signal tied to student support and compliance communication.
