From the meeting
At its September 24, 2026 meeting the CCCFA Board considered Resolution No. 2026-16 to adopt a new fee schedule for membership, prepayment projects, and general and administrative cost allocation. The resolution would change the prepayment transaction fee to $25,000 per new deal, add multi-agency and repricing fees, and change cash call allocation to a 50% flat share and 50% based on completed transactions outstanding.
Staff said it would return later with an embedded fee structure and implementation plan.
