From the meeting
At its September 24, 2026 meeting, the Board of Zoning Adjustment approved a conditional use permit for a 3,592 square-foot car wash at 3321 Yosemite Boulevard. The action also adopted a Notice of Exemption. The project is decided, but the approval supports site development and construction activity that may still require design, permitting, and buildout work.
