At its September 23, 2026 meeting, the council approved Amendment No. 1 from JEO Consulting Group for the David City Wastewater Treatment Facility and Trunk Sewer Construction Services. The amendment added engineering work for possible increased wastewater loading from AGP if AGP expands, and for lagoon desludging plans and specifications to solicit bids by individual cell.
JEO said the city had also discussed BRB Contractors, Inc. on the wastewater work, but the desludging would be competitively bid. Decision state: amendment approved and follow-on bid work being prepared.
