From the meeting
At its September 22, 2026 meeting the district announced a proposed pilot with REACH Air Medical Services, a subsidiary of Global Medical Response (GMR). The pilot would expand access to air medical transport, emergency response support, aerial firefighting, and reconnaissance, while assigning one TVF&R paramedic from each shift to work with a REACH helicopter crew. TVF&R said it would not subsidize the program.
This is an early-stage partnership, not a final contract.
