From the meeting
At its September 21, 2026 meeting, the council approved buying five holiday decorations from Mosca Design for Bogue's town entrances. The package included three lighted wreaths plus two year-round designs, with marine-grade fixture upgrades for the coastal location. The total was $7,800 and delivery was expected before Thanksgiving if ordered that week.
This is a small but concrete seasonal décor purchase, and Mosca Design is the named vendor.
