At its September 21, 2026 meeting, the council approved Resolution No. 730-2026 to join the Arizona Employers' Pension Prefunding Plan (AEPPP) and adopt the Public Agencies Post-Employment Benefits Trust administered by Public Agency Retirement Services (PARS).
