From the meeting
At its September 2026 meeting the Commission reviewed Fremont County School District #25's request to use CMAR for its New Elementary School Project in Riverton. The legislature had appropriated $33,130,753, and the district said the project was in program planning and conceptual design with a 2029-30 opening target. FCSD25 wanted early contractor input on site logistics, constructability, and scheduling.
This is an active procurement signal because the delivery method decision was still pending.
