From the meeting
At its September 2, 2026 meeting, the council tabled Belinda Fontanez's request for a get out the vote event at 30 Juliustown Road on October 2, 2026. Council raised parking, crowd control, insurance, and public-safety concerns, and the item was moved to the September 16, 2026 meeting. The event is not approved yet, so the opportunity remains open.
The next conversation is about site logistics and whether the township will allow the event on municipal property.
