From the meeting
At its September 16, 2026 workshop, the college said Diesel Technology will review a growing partnership with AGCO that will benefit students through improved training equipment. The update also highlighted EVT training, Kubota Level I Technician training, and DTNA Get Ahead participation. This is a live equipment-and-training signal, but no purchase was approved in the packet.
A seller should watch the program's equipment and training needs as the partnership develops.

Questions about this project
What is a pre-RFP?
A pre-RFP is an early indicator that a government agency is planning a purchase — a project discussed in a board meeting, a budget line item, a new hire, or a grant award — captured before a formal RFP or bid is published. Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
When will Chemeketa Community College issue an RFP for this project?
Pre-RFPs typically surface 6–18 months before a formal solicitation is published. Civic IQ tracks Chemeketa Community College's meeting records, agendas, and budgets continuously and updates this pre-RFP as the project moves through the buying cycle toward an RFP.
