From the meeting
At its October 8, 2026 meeting, the Wetlands Board approved Amy Duvall's shoreline project at 102 Willow Leaf Drive. The work included 535 linear feet of living shoreline, 92 linear feet of revetment, and replacement of an existing 10 by 35 foot asphalt boat ramp with flexamat. Approval was conditioned on buying mitigation credits for 14 square feet of tidal wetland impact before the permit is issued.
That makes the applicant, site, and mitigation requirement useful for follow-on shoreline and bank-stabilization work.
