From the meeting
At its October 6, 2026 meeting the Planning Commission reviewed the Conservation Commission overlay map and said it would use the map to support arguments for one or two additional zoning districts. The Conservation Commission had contracted with biologist Jessie Moore over the last two years for a natural resource inventory, and it will gather feedback from Jessie and Jens Hawkins-Hilke before further refinement. This is a planning and land-use input item with a clear follow-on role in zoning work.
