From the meeting
At its October 28, 2026 meeting, SACOG staff recommended air quality conformity assumptions for the 2027 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP), also called the 2027 Blueprint, and Amendment #11 to the 2027 Metropolitan Transportation Improvement Program (MTIP). The assumptions will be used in the air quality conformity analysis, which supports the future conformity determination for the plan. Staff said a call for project updates to the MTIP will begin on January 18, 2027 and conclude on February 19, 2027.
Staff will return in Summer 2027 with the conformity determination; the item was informational and the assumptions were recommended for use.
