At its October 27, 2026 meeting the assembly approved Resolution No. 10-26-2092 to transfer $5,000 from Sewer Fund reserves to complete the Zimovia Highway Sewer System Analysis project. The report said the Borough had already engaged R&M Engineering-Ketchikan for the analysis, which covers sewer capacity from the end of the main line on Zimovia Highway to the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Staff said the work was being finished so the Borough could seek State Revolving Fund financing for the next design and construction phase. The resolution was approved.
