At its October 26, 2026 meeting the board considered authorizing Civiltec Engineering to prepare the 2027 Water Master Plan for the waterworks system. The plan will update the 2017 master plan, review demands and hydraulic modeling, and produce a prioritized 10-year capital improvement program. Civiltec's proposal set the not-to-exceed fee at $65,955, and the packet said City Manager approval to proceed was already received on October 20, 2026.
The resulting capital roadmap will feed the 2027 rate study and future infrastructure spending.
