From the meeting
At its October 21, 2026 committee meeting, Lockport scheduled a contract with Titan Security Group to install a Genea Access Control system at City Hall for not to exceed $111,560. The city said the building has no electronic access control today and wants centralized credential management, better security, and integration with its Milestone video platform. Staff compared three quotes and recommended Titan based on the Genea solution.
The vote is still pending at the next council meeting, but Titan is the selected bidder in the staff recommendation.
