From the meeting
At its October 20, 2026 meeting, the committee said the PreK building for Ashe had not yet selected an architect and wanted to move forward. The decision is still open, so this is an early design opportunity rather than an award. The next useful conversation is about the building scope, architect selection path, and timing before it goes to the finance committee and board.
