From the meeting
At its October 20, 2026 meeting, the Becker City Council permitted Potter Investments, LLC to proceed with stormwater improvements, grading work, crushed stone surfacing, and a temporary road in Energy Park Tenth Addition. The work would encroach into drainage and utility easements and onto City-owned Outlot A, so the city used an encroachment, liability, and right of access agreement. The agreement also required Planning Commission approval of the lot combination before it was signed, and final grading and temporary road plans still had to be reviewed by city staff and the city engineer.
