From the meeting
At its October 19, 2026 meeting, the council was set to consider renewing the Town's employee group health, dental, life/AD&D, and Medicare Advantage insurance program. Staff said the 2027 renewal would use UMR for health, Voya for stop-loss, Prime/Magellan for pharmacy, Delta Dental for dental, VSP for vision, Standard Insurance for life/AD&D, and Humana and Express Scripts for Medicare Advantage. The new rates would take effect January 1, 2027 and were projected at a 3% increase.
The decision was pending the council vote.
