From the meeting

At its October 14, 2026 meeting, the council scheduled approval of the State of Minnesota Lead Service Line Replacement Program master loan and grant agreement. The attached agreement was effective September 18, 2026 and runs through June 30, 2033, creating the funding framework for future project orders covering lead service line replacement, design, engineering, site restoration, resident outreach, water testing, and temporary lead abatement. The buyer-side project is active beyond the meeting because each project order will define addresses, scope, and dollars under this master contract.

Jon Nordsving is the city's authorized representative for disbursements and project coordination.
