From the meeting
At its October 14, 2026 meeting the board closed the hearing on Jennifer Swiatek and Shon Flaherty's retaining wall project at 1797 Marble Island Road. The work would extend an existing wall, build a second stone wall, and regrade the site to support a future accessory dwelling unit (ADU). Seth Goddard, PE, of Krebs & Lansing Consulting Engineers, Inc.
presented the plan, and staff said an erosion control plan would still be needed. The action was hearing closure only; the site plan decision was not recorded here.
