From the meeting
At its October 13, 2026 meeting, the council approved Ordinance #51-09-26 for a $33,000 mural at the Park Link Pass Tunnel under the railway at Forest Park. Staff said the Request for Quotes (RFQ) was under legal review and would be open for a one-month window, with artist selection to follow review committee feedback. The Downtown Development Fund would pay the cost, and the city had also applied for a grant.
