From the meeting
At its October 13, 2026 meeting, the commission agreed to additional tree planting areas for Kycia Farm/New Highcrest Elementary School. Mary Sena and Nancy Jainchill asked for 7 additional trees, including Pin oaks and Bald cypress, along Collier Road, and Lauren Pagani asked for a grouping of evergreen trees in the southwest open space. The requests were sent to TSKP for approval to add to the already approved landscape plans.
Decision remains open pending TSKP review.
