From the meeting

At its October 12, 2026 meeting, the board approved Todd Construction for phase 2 of the seismic upgrade. The construction manager report says the West Classroom Wing seismic grant was awarded in July and the state agreement was signed August 11. Design is underway with ZCS and Soderstrom, and Todd was already under a pre-construction services award in late September.

A detailed cost estimate is due in mid-November, with construction planned for summer 2027.
