From the meeting
At its Oct. 6, 2026 meeting, the board reviewed an agreement with Grays Harbor County Public Health to implement an Emergency Preparedness Youth Pilot Program in 2026-2027 as part of the Criminal Justice class at Twin Harbors Skills Center. The packet does not state a dollar amount, but it does define a school-based pilot with a named public health partner and a school-year implementation window.
This is a clear program launch signal with possible curriculum, training, or support needs.
