From the meeting
At its November 4, 2026 board meeting, the SDA approved awards for site consultant services for school facilities projects. The current task-order contracts were set to expire in February 2027, and the new pool covers a three-year term at a not-to-exceed amount of $3,000,000 per firm. The memorandum said the work can include predesign, site feasibility, environmental site review, early site development, site/civil planning and design, construction administration, emergent projects, limited architectural and structural engineering, and closeout.
Prior to execution, each contract and related documents will be reviewed by Chief Counsel.
