At its March 18, 2025 meeting, the SABGSA adopted Ordinance No. 25-001 to implement a well metering and groundwater extraction reporting program. The ordinance requires well owners to install meters and report monthly extraction readings to the agency.
This is now an implementation and compliance program, not a future RFP. Follow-on needs include meter supply, installation support, reporting tools, and compliance administration.
