From the meeting
At its July 23, 2026 meeting the commission approved dissolution of the Pine Grove Community Services District under LAFCO Project #345. Exhibit B says the transfer agreement must be implemented before recording, and park property and park-service obligations will move to Amador County. The work also preserves the AT&T Mobility lease revenue and the cell tower and water tank use limits.
This is a follow-on administration item with outside parties still affected.

Questions about this project
What is a pre-RFP?
A pre-RFP is an early indicator that a government agency is planning a purchase — a project discussed in a board meeting, a budget line item, a new hire, or a grant award — captured before a formal RFP or bid is published. Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
When will Amador County issue an RFP for this project?
Pre-RFPs typically surface 6–18 months before a formal solicitation is published. Civic IQ tracks Amador County's meeting records, agendas, and budgets continuously and updates this pre-RFP as the project moves through the buying cycle toward an RFP.
How can vendors engage with Amador County before the RFP is published?
