From the meeting
At its August 20, 2026 meeting, the superintendent reported that WLA will focus on writing with The Writing Revolution to support student writing skills. He said the curriculum goes well with the CKLA program. The board did not approve a purchase here, but the named curriculum choice is a concrete implementation signal for instructional materials and support.
