From the meeting
At its August 20, 2026 meeting the district said the proposed engineering agreement for the wastewater treatment plant improvements would be presented at the next meeting. The same update said design and bidding would take about one year after financing approval. That makes this a pre-award professional services lead tied to the larger plant rehabilitation program.
The next conversation is with the district engineer about scope, timing, and financing readiness.
