From the meeting
At its August 20, 2026 meeting, the board discussed installing drain tile in Point Trail and trenching water between properties to fix a drainage problem. Jerry Black was told to get quotes, with work most likely starting after Labor Day. The township said it will pay for the drain tile and outlet pipes, while property owners Mark Burley and Mark Norcross will pay for drainage through their properties.
The board also appointed Ken Mattson and Kim Christenson to work on agreements and easements with the attorney.
