From the meeting
At its August 17, 2026 meeting the Board received a construction update on the Jaffe Branch. The contractor was pouring building footings, which were about 50% complete, and next month the project was expected to move into electrical, underground plumbing, and utility work. The branch is still estimated to open in Fall 2027, so the main sales value is follow-on construction, MEP work, and furnishing or finish decisions as the build progresses.
