From the meeting
At its August 13, 2026 meeting the council discussed a Meadow area project involving stream work, roads, and burying overhead utility lines with Xcel. The item was framed as a future capital improvement plan (CIP) issue, not a decided procurement. Staff was asked to keep working on options and cost impacts.
A seller should watch for a funded scope to emerge from this long-range planning.
