From the meeting
A June 16, 2026 proposal from Environmental Resolutions, Inc. laid out the engineering work for the Juliustown-Georgetown Road program. The scope included preliminary investigation, topographic survey, roadway cores, construction plans, bid documents, bidding services, contract administration, construction observation, and asphalt testing.
The total proposal was $50,500, and the Township later said it would issue a purchase order so work could begin. This is useful incumbent intelligence for follow-on design and inspection work.
