Initial subscription term runs from 08-31-2025 through 08-30-2027. After the Expiration Date (08-30-2027), the subscription automatically renews for successive one-year periods at the company’s then-current subscription rates unless the customer provides written notice of non-renewal at least 60 days prior to the Expiration Date. Solution Design hours do not roll over and must be used before the Order Form expires.
