The Town of Stowe is entering into a Public Works Infrastructure Development Agreement with R&Y Covered Bridge II LLC to design, construct, and dedicate a public water main extension for the Covered Bridge Condominiums Phase V project, backed by an irrevocable letter of credit and a two-year warranty. The developer will also carry $2,000,000 per occurrence liability insurance naming the Town as additional insured and indemnify the Town for construction-related claims.
