Hopkinton-Richmond Transfer Station Payment MOU Planned

The Richmond and Hopkinton Town Councils agreed to have their solicitors draft a new Memorandum of Understanding under which Hopkinton will pay $125,000 per year for use of Richmond’s transfer station. The agreement will run through June 30th and is slated for renegotiation in February to align with both towns’ budget cycles.
