Initial term of 2 years from Effective Date, with automatic 2-year renewals unless terminated

The MOU becomes effective as of the signed Effective Date and runs for an initial two-year term. It then automatically renews for successive two-year periods unless either party gives at least 60 days’ written notice of non-renewal. Either party may terminate without cause on 30 days’ notice; the Training Center may suspend or terminate immediately for compliance issues.
