Strongsville City Schools Awards Consulting Contract to Educational Funding Group Inc (August 2026)

Category 1: $3,500 or seven percent (7%) of the disbursed funding, whichever is greater; Category 2: seven percent (7%) of the disbursed funding up to the first $100,000, six and one-half percent (6.5%) from $100,000 up to $250,000, and six percent (6%) from $250,000 and up; potential additional charge up to 2% of post-discount Category 2 funding if project canceled or unused

CONSULTING

E-rate Funding Years 2027, 2028 and 2029; for each funding year, until all funding is awarded, pertinent administrative appeals are exhausted, and associated work is complete; renewable for additional term(s) by mutual written agreement

After the initial term covering funding years 2027–2029, the agreement may be renewed for an additional term by mutual written agreement, with renewals in West Virginia limited to two additional one-year terms; all renewals follow the same terms unless otherwise modified and are documented as addenda. At the beginning of any renewal period, and subject to the client’s consent, EFG may request a modest annual fee increase.
