Commences on Effective Date (July 16, 2026) and runs concurrently with the term set forth in the Order Form for the District’s use of the Licensed Products, automatically terminating upon cancellation or expiration of the Order Form

Agreement term is coextensive with the separate Order Form for Licensed Products and automatically terminates upon cancellation or expiration of that Order Form; either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Rider term is coextensive with the Agreement and allows limited post-term retention of student data solely for certification verification requests.
